Our 70cm system is now running on a pair of Motorola Maxtrac radios running 30 watts with an external Phelps Dodge 6 cavity UHF duplexer and an Asterisk controller on 441.625 tx 446.625 rx with a tone of 103.5. Recent range tests (6/13/2015) allow this machine to be keyed up all the way from Hockley to the East and Brenham to the West.
